You will always see a smile on Alissa Swan’s face. Outgoing, energetic and full of life, Alissa wants to do as much in her life as possible so she will not have regrets for not trying something new.

Alissa moved to Clarksville when she was 5 years old because her father was stationed at Ft. Campbell. Throughout the years, she has grown to love the community through the friendly people and the distance to the State Parks. Being an outdoors person, this has been a huge asset for Alissa and her Lively family. There is nothing that her family won’t try. They have explored caves, went on numerous hikes, backwoods camping and swimming anywhere there is water. She and her husband Jeff are members of Faith Outreach Church and her children are active in the Clarksville Football Leagues.

Being adventurous and outgoing are only assets when it comes to selling real estate. The excitement of meeting new people and getting to work with different personalities is a challenge that real estate brings, and one that Alissa gladly accepts.
