Carl Eisemann

You can almost hear the whistle of the trains when you hear Carl Eisemann speak about his passion for model railroading. Years of being a rail fan have made Carl a near expert in this field. When he volunteers at the Montgomery County Museum or the Tennessee Central Railway Museum, he is in his own little heaven explaining how it all works.

Married to Gabriele (also a Realtor) since 1971, together they have traveled and spent years together in a military career. Clarksville became home to them in the 70’s and this is where they have raised their son and daughter. Now both children are grown and their daughter has blessed them with two beautiful grandchildren.

The wonderful climate and the rural yet cosmopolitan feel of the area is what most impresses Carl about Clarksville. He loves to be out on the farm and working in his chestnut grove.

In the early 90’s Carl retired as an CW4 Army helicopter pilot, flying mainly AH-1 Cobras. His gregarious nature makes him a natural for a career in real estate. Having earned the GRI and ABR designations he takes his business seriously. He really does care about his clients and will do everything he can to help a friend or client. As a previous Scoutmaster, Carl has built his career on “We’ll build on Trust.” Real Sincere says it all in what Carl says and does!
