Dan Brown

Real Easy Going depicts Dan Brown is his work and play. He enjoys both immensely but excels in the Customer Service that he offers his clients. Having been a real estate agent for over 25 years, Dan has a wealth of experience selling all types of real estate. He has even owned his own realty company and has designations in the appraisal field of real estate. He graduated with a degree in Business Management.

Dan has lived in and around Clarksville since the late 90’s. He chose this area because of its robust economy and the fact that there is no state income tax. It is close to Nashville and other major recreation areas which has great appeal because Dan has a real passion for outdoors sports. Bow hunting and bass fishing are of particular interest to him. He is a scratch golfer so watch out, he’s good!

Dan’s wife, Patsy, is a registered nurse and he has 4 adult children. He also has 2 grandchildren which live in Oklahoma. His helpful nature is always ready to support the needs and activities of our soldiers especially those at Fort Campbell. “Let me make your American Dream come true.” Dan will gently guide you into making the right decision!
