Debbie Reynolds

When you hear the words “The Real Debbie Reynolds” you know instantly that we are speaking of one of Clarksville’s top Realtors. Often confused with the movie star Debbie Reynolds, she finds it amusing that her nemesis has such a following and name recognition. They are alike in many ways as Debbie (the Realtor) loves the arts and has a special appreciation for music and creativity. That is demonstrated in the many ways she expresses herself through gardening, cooking, sewing, decorating and even public speaking. As a Real Estate educator she enjoys seeing the novice agent learn the ropes and this is carried over in even working with her own clients and customers.

Attention to Real Details is the secret behind her accomplishments. Having sold real estate since 1980, she has sold thousands of homes in and around Clarksville. Debbie even owned her own real estate company for 10 years. Clarksville is home to her husband, Jack Wickham (also a Realtor). Together they have built and sold homes and that experience provides a good foundation for the new construction side of the business that Debbie enjoys now. An appreciation for many architectural styles and the history behind them are intriguing for her and give her a reason to travel to new places and explore museums discovering the influence of the past behind the current trends.

Together Jack and Debbie have raised four children and stay busy with their involvement in their church and Sunday School Class. Supporting the Fellowship of Christian Athletes program is dear to their hearts. Being sports minded, you can usually find them in attendance at Austin Peay State University’s sports events. Being a Peay Nut comes easy since all four children attended there. Jack is also an APSU graduate.

Debbie says “Everyday in real estate is different. You never know what the day will bring.” So she stays focused and ready to apply her attention to the details to get the job done for you!
