Erica Cleveland

“Make a client happy with your work and the work will come happily back to you.” Erica Cleveland believes this wholeheartedly and conducts her business that way. She has a very active lifestyle and tries to use every minute to be productive. Some of Erica’s best “thinking time” is when she is sitting on her John Deere cutting the grass. An abundance of her ideas have been spawned doing just that.

Erica loves working with children and has been an elementary teacher in the past. Her patience is carried over into her real estate career where she takes special care to make each and every client feel comfortable and that their interest is primary to her.

Clarksville has been home to Erica and her husband since 2004. They liked it so much they persuaded other members of their family to move to the area. Having family close by, they like the fact that there is so much to do such as hiking, biking and golfing. In addition, she has found a place for kickboxing and marathon running. It is hard to slow her down and her stamina is over the top. As a family, she likes to revitalize distressed homes and makes a significant impact on changing neighborhoods for the better. Being Real Active has proven for Erica Cleveland that you can get a lot accomplished and have a tremendous amount of fun doing it!
