Jason Daugherty

Jason Daugherty moved to Clarksville from Lineville, AL in 2001. His wife, Mary Frances Daugherty (also a Prudential Professionals Realty Agent) grew up in Clarksville and they both knew that this would be a great place to start a career and raise a family. He enjoys working in Clarksville because there are so many opportunities available in this mid size city. It is a vibrant, growing area and is the perfect size city to really get to know the “deal makers” of the business community.

Jason has been actively involved in his local church and helped start and currently coordinates Tennessee’s first chapter of Farmers and Hunters Feeding the Hungry. He enjoys big game hunting, reading about American History and working with his family on the farm.

Jason’s focus has been on Commercial Properties since 2002. He looks to provide professional, comprehensive real estate services to clients with commercial or land needs in the Middle Tennessee and South Central Kentucky area. He recognized that specialization was key to providing the highest level of service and left the residential brokerage arena to concentrate exclusively in the sales and leasing of commercial properties and land.

Over the past 6 years he has successfully represented clients in selling and purchasing commercial land, multifamily investments, office buildings, industrial properties, farms and development land. A significant portion of his business also focuses on the leasing and property management of commercial space.
