Ken Spiceland and his friend Guy | On his farm | Clarksville, TN. |
Ken SpicelandReal Hard Work, Real Results, Real EstateWhen you hear about someone being very down to earth you think of Ken Spiceland. Ken has been around land his whole life and relishes the fact that he gets to do what he really enjoys. Being a farmer from years past, Ken still raises Black Angus cattle for the fulfillment that it gives him. It’s Real Hardwork that has been the backbone of his success. Ken came to Clarksville nearly 3 decades ago to work for the U.S. Department of Agriculture. For years he worked in and around Clarksville and can say that he has seen almost every farm in the area. That has made his transition into a real estate career really easy. His favorite type of real estate is of course selling land and farms. He knows his stuff when it comes to talking the farm lingo and the farmers and land owners respect him for his knowledge and trustworthiness. Ken and his wife Kathy have 6 children and are proud new grandparents. They are having a whole lot of fun babysitting the grandkids when ever the opportunity arises. He is quite active in his church and serves on the Board of Directors of Fellowship of Christian Athletes. A quiet and friendly individual, Ken has expertise that only he can give about land. Let Ken show you real estate from the ground up! |
