Larry Evans

New to the real estate arena, Larry Evans is not new to the Clarksville community. As an Austin Peay Graduate and former Ft. Campbell soldier Larry relates to many of the folks that have moved to this area. Clarksville has been home for 30 years and its small town atmosphere yet progressive movement towards a more metropolitan community has really impressed him.

Larry is a hardworking, family oriented man. Elaine, his wife and Larry have two daughters but Ben is the only grandson. Spending time reading with Ben and just hanging out makes the both of them quite happy. Other times working in the yard and doing crossword puzzles gives lots of pleasure to Larry’s quieter moments. Listening to music of all kinds and watching historical films contributes to the more complex side of his character.

Intensely loyal and Dependable, Larry says he loves his country, God, church, family and friends. He meets people easily and wants you to know he is, “A Realtor who is working for you!”
