Larry Watson

From negotiating planes flying through the sky to negotiating contracts, Larry Watson decided to make the move from air traffic controller to real estate in 2003. He and his wife moved to Clarksville when he retired from the FAA and decided to live closer to his daughter.

As a giving person, Larry gladly supports the local schools through donations and helping out in community school projects. He has been present at school clean ups and picked up a hammer to help make repairs and building projects. Not only does he help build and repair schools, Larry is a General Contractor and is a central part of the New Construction going up in Clarksville.

You can hear Larry coming down the hall when it is college football season saying, “Roll Tide!” Larry is an Alabama Football fan through and through. When he’s not cheering on his favorite team, you might find him out on the lake riding his jet ski or playing a game of golf.
