Phillip Traylor

If you ever visit with Phillip Traylor you might hear about his cows, horses, donkeys, sheep, chickens, ducks and the black lab, Annie. You might even want to see how fast he can list them! Phillip has been an auctioneer since 1991 then went to real estate school in 1992 and he didn’t stop learning there. He became a real estate Broker in 2005 and is a certified personal property appraiser.

Being in the auction business, he gets to enjoy selling a variety of properties, both real and personal. In 2007 he sold over 500 million dollars worth of assets, including commercial, residential and industrial real estate, automobiles and equipment in personal property. He’s also been fortunate enough to win auctioneering competitions on State and National levels. He has conducted charity sales for American Cancer Society, Red Cross, Cystic Fibrosis, St. Jude’s, Clarksville Museum and many more.

Phillip and his wife Denise (also a Realtor with Prudential Professionals Realty) enjoy their time on the farm with their 2 daughters, Sarah and Rachel. He is an active member at his local church and a member of Biker’s Who Care.
