Richard Hopper

Richard Hopper, a well-known figure in the Clarksville community, is known by most of his colleagues and past students as “Coach”. After nearly 3 decades of coaching tennis and basketball in high school, Richard decided to redirect his coaching skills into a new career, Real Estate. Having bought and sold many homes and seeing the area grow and change he decided that this would be a perfect fit for him to continue to interact with the people of Clarksville.

His involvement in the community and his church has proven that Richard is dedicated and loyal. He takes great pride in his family especially the support he gets from his wife, Linda. Also, his daughters and grandchildren add great fun and enjoyment to their family gatherings.

Richard and his wife enjoy doing things together especially hiking and traveling.

He loves the outdoors and a good game of golf really gets him excited. Even routine things like raking leaves and working in his yard bring satisfaction to a guy like Richard that likes all kinds of learning experiences. He is a member of the First Baptist Church Orchestra, TN. Retired Teachers and the Clarksville Civitan Club.
