Kerri Woodson

Kerri Woodson moved to Clarksville about 12 years ago with her husband, Gordon. The two met at Rhodes College and married soon after graduation. Through various life events, they ended up coming to Clarksville to put down some roots. Since Gordon was born and raised int he Sango area, it seemed like the perfect choice for the Woodsons. Kerri says, "Clarksville is a great place to raise a family."

Kerri and Gordon have two boys (Colton and Brody), two Jack Russell dogs (Peanut and Colby), and all of the crazy fun that comes with them. The Woodsons love adventure, especially if it is outdoors and includes a picnic. On colder weekends the family enjoys riding their family-sized off raod vehicle at Turkey Bay. During the summers they enjoy a variety of water sports. She says, "Life is at its best when we are making time to spend together."

Kerri and Gordon have spent the last 12 years building and developing properties in Clarksville. They have significantly expanded the construction company that Gordon's parents started in 1985, Woodson Construction. Kerri's passion in real estate is new construction and land acquisition. Although she is new to being an Afilliate Broker, she is very experienced in assisting customers from plan selection and building needs all the way to move-in day. Also, through their developments, Kerri brings first hand experience in land acquisition and finds it very rewarding as well.

Kerri looks forward to assisting people with their real estate needs. 12 years has taught her that real estate purchses are really about building relationships with customers. Kerri carries that attitude with her as a new agent.
