I was put in contact with my agent while serving in Iraq and from the very start we impressed with the correspondence we had overseas. He was very receptive to my situation and sent me packets to familiarize me with what was available so that we could find what I was looking for sooner upon my return. He also was quick to provide advice but never was pushy. When I returned to the States and we began to look at houses he had the homes that I had described to him lined up to show me. As this was my first home purchase, I had many questions (which he was very patient with and answered very well). Your agents are certainly very knowledgeable with not only the housing developments that he works to sell, but also the builders, contractors, how the houses are built, the communities surrounding the houses, etc. He was also at times painfully honest with me when it came to the house that I ended up buying. It had been on the market for around 1 year and he did not hesitate to give me reasons why he thought it was having trouble selling. He continues to help Andrea and me with any questions we have and more importantly in dealing with the construction company who built our house. When Andrea and I decide to move from this home we will definitely seek your agent to sell it for us, and we will be quick to recommend him to anyone we know moving to the area. Thank you!

I can not express the level of trust that must be present when purchasing a home from 7,000 miles away. Both Allison Campbell and the Prudential agent never gave me any reason to doubt that trust. Over the course of more than 130 emails and numerous phone calls necessary for the purchase, I was constantly reassured. I received responses almost immediately and had all of my questions answered, often times on weekends. Now that I stand here in my new home I can say nothing less than it�s perfect and exactly what I was looking for. I can�t anticipate ever selling my new home, but should the need arise I will not have to look for a Real Estate company. I would use Prudential again and again. Thank you.
